About the Job
We are looking for a candidate to work with the Institutional Sales Manager in other to manage our products across various outlets across the states.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years- experience in Traditional Market Sales activities across various outlets in a similar sector.
JOB DESCRIPTION.
- Develop relationships with institutions by driving customer’s engagement and listing with key accounts through alignment of business plans and joint business planning.
- Merchandises the products at the outlets based on the sales fundamentals to ensure a proper visibility inside the store.
- Maintains good relations with current and potential customers and develops the best means to meet their demands.
- Communicates internally any event taken by customer/competitors, which can have an impact on the business in order to take required action.
- Ensures immediate cash collection from sales to sustain company’s cash flow levels.
- Keeps company assets (mobile sales phone, printer etc.) and personal image (uniform, hygiene etc.) in good condition to preserve company image.
- Drive sustainable account growth with the right 5P execution (Assortment/Placement/Planograms/ Branding/Promotions & Pricing)
- BSC/HND in a related Discipline.
- 2-3 years of experience in FMCG Sales with experience of working at large retail chains
- Knowledge of Lagos Terrain.
- 28 – 35 yrs of age.
- Male Only.
- Ability to drive and must have a valid driver’s license.
