Job Summary
We are looking for a Program/Relationship Officer to build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers. Develop best practices to improve overall program performance Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for programs.
- Identify and contact new program partners for business expansion.
- Plan and execute program activities in timely and accurate manner.
- Conduct program reviews and prepare reports for management.
- Prepare meeting agenda, organize meetings and distribute minutes.
- We’ll rely on you to find ways to outperform our competition and maintain our company’s positive image.
- To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales and marketing teams, and partners, and build rapport with customers. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skill

- Oversee the coordination and administration of assigned program activities.
- Ability to gather, synthesize, analyze, and present qualitative and quantitative data.
- Ability to work independently based on agreed work plan and schedules
- Careful attention to details and schedules
- Proffers new innovations and ideas for the implementation of all existing programs and introduction of new innovative programs/projects.
- Ensure that all implemented activities are in line and relevant to the mission and vision of the organization.
- Prepare meeting agenda, organize meetings and distribute minutes
- Prepare programs reports for management, partners, and funders.
- Design programmes with high impact that will attract grants from development partners/multilateral organisations and from local partners as well.
- Write training and programmes concept notes and make presentations at different fora.
- Plan trainings, courses and workshop programmes from start to completion involving deadlines, milestones, and processes.
- Demonstrate and apply Strong Marketing skills leading to membership recruitment and programmes and training participation to surpass targets
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Problem-solving attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
- at least 3 years’ experience in the advertised field
- Ability to operate a computer, Microsoft packages, and social media
- HND/BSc/BA in relevant field
Location: Yaba, Lagos
Salary is N50,000 Monthly
