Our client, a real estate company seeks to hire a site engineer whose main responsibilities are overseeing construction progression, working closely with the Architect, Engineers, and other team members to plan the construction project, and ensuring raw materials are used as per the project specification.

Job Responsibilities

• Understanding the construction plan of the project.  


• Determining the time constraints to complete the job.  


• Supervising along with the contractor the construction site. 


• Day to day site management


• Site supervision


• Coordinating and managing of subcontractors;


• Report writing, review, and drafting skills


• Design and review of project design deliverables/solutions, support to Head Office, site supervision. 


• Ensuring the subcontractors are following the blueprints.  


• Working in collaboration with Engineers, Architects, Contractors, and other team members.    


• Coming up with technical solutions for problems that are causing a delay in the projects.  


• Maintaining the documentation of the construction projects.  


• Adhering to all the environmental and safety standards.  

Job Requirements

• Ability to make beautiful design judgments with little or no supervision


• Must be able to do 3D/Revit structure


• Bachelor's degree/HND holder in civil engineering or related discipline


• Must possess at least 2years of working experience


• Ideal candidates should reside within these axes: Sangotedo, Awoyaya, Yaba, Oyingbo.


• Amazing project management skills.  


• Good verbal and written communication skills.  


• A hardworking and detailed-orientated individual
