Job Description

• Manage pre-screening activity for background checks (name, age, address, name and address of spouse, employer of spouse, etc.).


• Provide criminal/court history information for applicants (FRSC, NDLEA, NPF, EFCC, etc.)


• Update database and registry with findings and input into spreadsheets and tracking systems.


• Conduct applicant background check files (online and physical).


• Monitor and update applicants background verification status and keep stakeholder abreast of development


• Liaise with professional references to support/verify information provided by the candidate.


• Compile information and update files escalated to the Background Check supervisor.


• Monitor and respond to messages in the Background Check email inbox.
