JOB SUMMARY

This role is tasked with all administrative duties related to all recruitment activities and ensuring a hitch free candidate journey in the recruitment process.

JOB DESCRIPTION



  • Update and manage job posts in Applicant Tracking Systems and relevant job boards and social networks

  • CV review and candidate profiling

  • Prepare recruitment/candidate profiles

  • Schedule interviews and follow up accordingly with feedback

  • Conduct first level phone interviews for applicants

  • Coordinate relevant assessments and interviews between candidates and assessors/interviewers.

  • Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and manage the candidate journey in each recruitment process.

  • Assist in sourcing qualified candidates from various channels including social media, LinkedIn, referrals, etc

  • Maintain open lines of communication with prospective hires

  • Support with Onboarding activities including orientation

  • Manage recruitment surveys and analytics

  • Support other People Operations activities as necessary


JOB EXPERIENCE



  • Tertiary education from a recognized institution

  • 1 - 2 years’ post-NYSC experience, previous experience as a recruitment coordinator is an added advantage.

  • Training and/certification in human resource management is an added advantage

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Very good research and analytical skill

  • Data Analytics skills
