JOB SUMMARY
This role is tasked with all administrative duties related to all recruitment activities and ensuring a hitch free candidate journey in the recruitment process.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Update and manage job posts in Applicant Tracking Systems and relevant job boards and social networks
- CV review and candidate profiling
- Prepare recruitment/candidate profiles
- Schedule interviews and follow up accordingly with feedback
- Conduct first level phone interviews for applicants
- Coordinate relevant assessments and interviews between candidates and assessors/interviewers.
- Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and manage the candidate journey in each recruitment process.
- Assist in sourcing qualified candidates from various channels including social media, LinkedIn, referrals, etc
- Maintain open lines of communication with prospective hires
- Support with Onboarding activities including orientation
- Manage recruitment surveys and analytics
- Support other People Operations activities as necessary
JOB EXPERIENCE
- Tertiary education from a recognized institution
- 1 - 2 years’ post-NYSC experience, previous experience as a recruitment coordinator is an added advantage.
- Training and/certification in human resource management is an added advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Very good research and analytical skill
- Data Analytics skills
