About the job

Responsibilities:



  • Provides technical support(IVD Lab equipment)to local agents;

  • Service management and improvement (training ,spare parts, trouble shoot)to local agents;

  • Execute headquarter's service requirement and establish local suitable service strategy;

  • Customer satisfaction guarantee and improvement , dynamic competition investigation;

  • Organize adding-value service to local market, increase service image & deputy;

  • Achieve service revenue target and service contract sign.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's Degree is mandatory, major in engineering (bioengineering/Biomedical) or equivalent; Preferably specialized in Biotechnology, Biomedical equipment or equivalent;

  • More than 3 years of customer service-related experience in medical industry, IVD LAB product (Chemistry/Immunoassay/Hematology and so on) related background will be preferred; the Quality Control experience will be preferred as well;

  • Strong coaching and leadership skills, ability to motivate internal employees and outside partners;

  • Good communication skills and customer service awareness, high responsibility, teamwork spirit;

  • Accept frequently international business trip.
