About the job
Responsibilities:
- Provides technical support(IVD Lab equipment)to local agents;
- Service management and improvement (training ,spare parts, trouble shoot)to local agents;
- Execute headquarter's service requirement and establish local suitable service strategy;
- Customer satisfaction guarantee and improvement , dynamic competition investigation;
- Organize adding-value service to local market, increase service image & deputy;
- Achieve service revenue target and service contract sign.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree is mandatory, major in engineering (bioengineering/Biomedical) or equivalent; Preferably specialized in Biotechnology, Biomedical equipment or equivalent;
- More than 3 years of customer service-related experience in medical industry, IVD LAB product (Chemistry/Immunoassay/Hematology and so on) related background will be preferred; the Quality Control experience will be preferred as well;
- Strong coaching and leadership skills, ability to motivate internal employees and outside partners;
- Good communication skills and customer service awareness, high responsibility, teamwork spirit;
- Accept frequently international business trip.
