Job Description

• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information

• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas

• Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies

• Handle merchandise returns and exchanges

• Managing and accounting for all cash received during the shift.

Job Requirement

• OND, HND or B.SC in related field

• Customer service or cashier experience.

• Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.

• Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS

• Good math skills

• Ability to stand, and work with other team members in a fast-paced environment to provide excellent service.

• Strong communication and time management skills

• Attention to detail.

• Customer satisfaction-oriented

• Helpful, courteous approach to resolving complaints.
