Qualifications:

• Proven business analysis experience in Telco CRM


• Should be able to conduct customer workshops, capture the processes and customer requirements and document them.


• Should be able to analyse functional requirements and evaluate them against the OOB capabilities of Salesforce


• Minimum of 5 Years of Experience of which 2 should be in Business Analysis.
