JOB SUMMARY

• The role reports to the Head, Technology and will be responsible for:


• Technical implementation of new business solution projects to time, cost, scope, and quality.


• Technical implementation and administrative support.


• System integration requirements and solution analysis for new business initiatives.


• Analyze new user and solution requirements to develop solutions that align with requirements.


• Implement new solutions using the concept of shared infrastructure services to minimize capital


• expenditure and optimize transaction costs for new business initiatives.


• System Operations Support to internal and external customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure full documentation and standardization of all processes.


• Efficient and timely deployment of fixes and patches.


• External and internal customer satisfaction, based on customer ratings.


• Satisfactory audit rating for new products and initiatives.


• Project implementation within schedule, cost, and scope.


• Monitor staff performances and encourage development within the team.


• Promote a climate of accountability, openness, collaboration, and innovation.

REQUIREMENTS

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology or Applied Sciences.


• Strong Issue Resolution Acumen.


• Technical Knowledge in Information Technology.


• Knowledge of basic SQL.


• Project Implementation and Management skills.


• Ability to relate with clients to achieve business goals.


• Analytical and Interpersonal skills.
