We are looking for a QA Engineer to embody a hybrid role of offering backend support while liaising with the customer support team. You will be responsible for writing tests and supporting the end-to-end test process. Whilst this is an Engineering hire, your role will directly impact the customer-facing aspects of the business. You will ensure that our customers view our products as high-quality and functional. This will be accomplished by running various components and features to identify and fix technical issues.
Responsibilities:
Write comprehensive tests (unit, integration, E2E, regression, performance, etc.) Gather product requirements (e.g. functionalities, speed, safety standards) Monitor all production stages to ensure safety procedures are followed Run quality controls on components and final products Write and develop test environments and test cases Analyze test results, detect issues and track root causes Suggest fixes and improvements Document technical issues and solutions Build automated testing systems for regular checks Ensure our products and procedures meet industry standards Liaise directly with the customer support team to ensure you are proactive in real time Whilst collaborating with the team, you’ll ensure our final products meet our quality standards
