Our client, a reputable manufacturing company is seeking to urgently hire Human Resources and Admin Officers.
Job Locations: Omole Phase II & Mowe Ibafo
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive the People First mandate of the organization through the human capital function.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay structure and benefits program.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Champion the implementation of the company’s culture throughout the organization.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human capital development.
- Provide administrative and business support across the organization
Requirements
Experience, Qualification, and Required Skills:
- First Degree in bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or any other related field. A Master's degree is an added advantage.
- Attention to detail, Resilience, Adaptability, Achievement Orientation, Teamwork, Oral Communication, Interpersonal relationships, Professionalism, Creativity, Innovation, and Conflict Resolution.
- Must have an appropriate people management qualification such as CIPD, and CIPM.
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of working experience, preferably in an organization within the same industry is an added advantage.
- Please note that only male applicants will be considered for the Omole Phase II position while only female applicants will be considered for the Mowe Ibafo position.
Remuneration
N200,000 – N350,000 Monthly.
