  • We’re currently searching for an experienced program manager to join us to oversee the various projects that are executed at The Nest, and to ensure the company’s efficiency is improved and all programs implementable are aligned with the company’s mission and organisational goals.. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives.

  • You will have a strong talent for project coordination and delegation. Ultimately, you are motivated by the desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion.


Responsibilities



  • Organizing daily activities based on the goals of the organization

  • Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives

  • Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement

  • Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance

  • Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached

  • Devising new programs that support the organization’s objectives and identifying new opportunities and markets for the organization’s needs through an in-depth understanding of what is needed to protect the company.

  • Working with other departments to develop budgets and plans for the programs

  • Assembling presentable reports and repeatable statements of programs procedures

  • Meeting with stakeholders to discuss the program’s status and goals

  • Monitoring projects and overseeing project manager ensure that targets are met timely.

  • Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department

  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders


Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in PR and Communications, business, economics, management, NFP or related field (preferred), plus 2 - 5 years of relevant experience.

  • Experience in program management

  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills

  • Working knowledge of SME and Startup ecosystem

  • Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes

  • Proven proposal writing experience

  • Effectiveness as a team player and team builder and performing well in a startup atmosphere

  • Ability to multi-task and efficiently manage time, multiple partners, engagements and workload.
