Job Description



  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.

  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.

  • Prepare sales contractsensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.

  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.

  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

  • Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.


Qualifications & Requirements



  • Minimum of B.Sc or HND.

  • Must have at least 3 - 4 years of experience in real estate technology-related marketing and sales.

  • Must have the ability to figure out things on their own. (VERY IMPORTANT)

  • Must have an “I will figure it out” attitude and not an “I don’t know” attitude.

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Must be consistent, reliable, and punctual.

  • Must be computer literate.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent communication and leadership qualities

  • Must be vibrant, active and serious-minded.

  • Must be competent to lead a team/ good teamwork skills etc

  • Must be goal oriented.

  • Location - Abuja

  • Work time will be 8 am - 4 pm.
