- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Prepare sales contractsensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc or HND.
- Must have at least 3 - 4 years of experience in real estate technology-related marketing and sales.
- Must have the ability to figure out things on their own. (VERY IMPORTANT)
- Must have an “I will figure it out” attitude and not an “I don’t know” attitude.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be consistent, reliable, and punctual.
- Must be computer literate.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent communication and leadership qualities
- Must be vibrant, active and serious-minded.
- Must be competent to lead a team/ good teamwork skills etc
- Must be goal oriented.
- Location - Abuja
- Work time will be 8 am - 4 pm.
