Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop, and implements an integrated range of marketing concepts and methodologies; plan and develop marketing and sales strategies consistent with the overall goals and objectives of the business.
- Direct, oversees, monitors, and evaluates the activities of a small team of full-time sales staff.
- Providemarket research and analysis; prepare research-based reports and management sales forecasts.
- Developand manages annual sales and operating budgets, and regularly monitor performance to budget parameters.
- Assumesresponsibility for all publicity, advertising, direct mail, catalogs, exhibits, awards, author communications, title sub-right activities, and website management for the enterprise.
- Performs direct customer sales in key areas; promotes and maintains customer relations with major accounts nationwide.
- Participates in the development, implementation, and maintenance of policies, objectives, short-and long-range planning; develops and implements projects and programs to assist in the accomplishment of established goals.
- Represents the enterprise at conferences, meetings, exhibits, and other special events; promote new and existing programs and initiatives.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Participate in other showroom functions including, but not limited to: training and mentoring others, weekly sales meetings, weekly reports, maintaining showroom appearance, tagging, wrapping and loading light furniture & accessories for clients, answering phones, greeting, catalog/price list upkeep, cleaning, and inventory.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
