This role reports directly to the Lead Consultant. Preferred candidates will be saddled with the responsibilities of carrying out; field operations, manage client’s expectation, meeting up to turn around time on clients’ projects, client’s management and growing the company’s financial bottom line.
Responsibilities
Recruitment and deployment of Janitors to Clients locations
Sourcing for Clients and managing same
Manage daily operations of Janitors in all locations to ensuring operational excellence
Deal with downtime issues by having Janitors on the pipeline
Managing Contingency Cleaning and Fumigation projects
Raise invoices and ensure payments of same by Clients
Carry out administrative functions.
Carry out inspections and generate reports/quotation
Develop growth strategy and implement same
Tender and Bidding/Vendor Registration
Ensure purchases of consumables, chemicals for cleaning and Fumigation
Handle correspondences and social media handles
Requirements
BSc / HND in Engineering, Science, Environmental, Agric Science
Minimum of 3 years experience in cleaning, Fumigation or Housekeeping
Experienced in handling cleaning and Fumigation machines would be added advantage
Candidate should be residing in close to Ikeja, Lagos.
Good customers Service and Work planning skills
Good reporting and Presentation
Should be willing to handle Contingency project during weekends and public holidays
Driving skill with valid driver’s license would be added advantage.
