The supervisor will:

• be responsible for 360 operations management at the cinema


• provide business support for the central operations manager


• oversee retail sales activities with a view to maximising profits


• train cinema staff to adhere to best practices and company policy

Minimum qualification:

• a degree in any discipline


• 4 years experience in hospitality management


• cinema work experience is an added advantage

Skills:

• proficiency with computers


• knowledge of retail sales software


• understanding of processes


• good understanding of HSE and regulatory compliance

NB: The preferred candidate should be resident in Ogun State or willing to relocate.
