Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service


• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with processes and procedures


• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards


• Report on buying trends, customer needs, etc.


• Propose innovative ideas to increase sales


• Monitor inventory levels and outflow of goods.

Requirements

• Must be smart and energetic


• ND / HND / B.Sc qualification


• 2-3 years of experience working in a retail environment, ideally a year in a supervisory capacity


• Excellent customer management skills


• Strong organizational skills


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Skills


• Good communication and interpersonal skills


• Good command of English.
