Job Description
- As a Regional Marketing Manager, you are a fully dedicated business leader, helping shape the future of Httpool.
- At the core you are responsible for developing and executing regional and local B2B marketing strategy and initiatives in close collaboration with the regional managing director and the global marketing team.
- You work with external partners and a cross-functional team across sales, communication, product development and more to build the Httpool brand and grow the business.
- Furthermore you adapt global themes to local market needs and collaborate with partner management to deploy partner product messaging through co-marketing activations.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate a broad range of internal and external factors to define regional and local B2B marketing strategies and tactics to support key sales objectives within the region
- Ensure marketing activities are aligned with the overall global marketing strategy and objectives
- Manage regional and local execution of marketing initiatives to engage the local advertiser communities regularly: Events, content, case studies, email marketing, swag, sales material, direct mailers etc.
- Conceive and create precise, persuasive and locally relevant messaging in partnership with the cross functional team. Conduct ongoing market research, competitor analysis and impact measurement
Minimum Qualifications
- BA / B.Sc Degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent stakeholder management, presence and interpersonal skills - ability to engage directly with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent English language written and oral communication skills
- Resilient self-starter with a can-do attitude
- Preferred Qualifications
- B2B marketing experience
- Strong knowledge of the digital marketing landscape
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding and highly creative marketing achievements with limited budgets
- Strong leadership, communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding execution and problem solving skills, resourcefulness, and attention to detail
- Illustrated track record working across complex and fast-moving cross-functional environments
- Demonstrated ability to make strategic decisions that drive business impact
- Excellent French language written and oral communication skills.
