Requirements



  • Procure new client relationships based on business development objectives determined with Senior Leadership

  • Develop and sustain a pipeline of opportunities

  • Actively research and generate leads through various prospecting activities

  • Cultivate existing client relationships to generate repeat business.

  • Develop and lead business development planning and submit monthly progress reports to leadership

  • Maintains business development activities within CRM database

  • Actively promotes the business by attending association events, conferences, and other community and industry events

  • Assist with RFQ and RFP responses, proposals, and presentations

  • Coordinate prequalification efforts with targeted clients

  • Identify and communicate competitor and market sector intelligence

  • Develop and implement internet marketing strategies to generate revenue


Qualifications



  • HND/BSC in marketing or other related courses

  • Minimum of 2-4years experience

  • Good digital marketing skills

  • Excellent oral/written communication skills

  • Excellent customer relations skills

  • Proficiency in market analysis

  • Knowledge of RFP process, preferably in the construction industry

  • knowledge of fire safety would be an added advantage.

  • Intermediate level in Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Suites.

  • Knowledge of Construction Contracts and ability to prepare proposals and presentations

  • Honesty, integrity, loyalty, and the ability and willingness to make the Company’s best interests the number one priority

  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

  • The ability to communicate with multiple parties from Employee to Customer

  • Strong understanding and expression of written and verbal English sentences and paragraphs in work-related documents
