Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure standardization in receiving items/raw materials from vendors.
- Liaise with the CK Manager on the quantity of items to request from Procurement.
- Communicate requisition requests to Procurement for purchase.
- Ensures timely distribution of materials to the outlets as required.
- Supervises the activities of the Central Stores.
- Organization of the storage facility.
- Manage inflow and outflow of stocks.
- Relates with CK manager on Operational activities in the store for efficient delivery.
- Coordinate work roasters and assign tasks approximately.
- Enforce operations policies and GMP.
- Receives semi-finished products from production.
- Inspect equipment/holding units for storage.
- Maintain documentation and record-keeping.
- Update inventory on the ERP.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
The key success criteria for this role are:
- Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) or HND in any related field.
- 2 - 5 years experience in the above role.
