Responsibilities

• You shall unbolt and remove tires from heavy duty machinery and re-attach wheels to the machinery correctly and safely


• You shall perform tire rotations, balancing and other maintenance tasks.


• You shall seal punctures or tears in tires and perform other miscellaneous repairs in a timely manner.


• You shall raise vehicles using standard hydraulic lifts, following all safety precautions at all times to prevent accidents in the workplace.


• You shall weigh tires using balancing machines, carefully identifying which counterweights are necessary to balance the wheels properly.


• You shall maintain workshop work environment according to housekeepingstandards ensuring safe storage of all components.


• You shall complywith allmine’ssafety rules and regulations.


• You shall perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 3-5 years work experience.
