II.JOB PURPOSE
Drive growth of digital business. Develop innovative electronic products and services to drive retail growth.
III. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES AND APPROXIMATE WEIGHTING
Accountability : Product Development & Relationship Management
- Responsible for growth of digital business
- Develop policies for managing and standardizing electronic products
- Manage all electronic channels and platforms
- Provide periodic data analytics from channels
- Develop innovative digital products
- Develop new channels for service delivery
- Effective project management to ensure delivery of approved digital products
- Create revenue generating opportunities from digital platforms
- Manage relationship with all partners and stakeholders
- Maintain productive relationships with IT, Business Development and other departments
- Provide training and guidance on digital business and electronic products
Accountability: Industry Expertise
- Excellent understanding of Digital Industry and electronic products
- Knowledge of electronic products regulations and requirements<li>
- Understand Financial Inclusion concept and strategies<li>
- Knowledge of the capital market products would be an added advantage<li>/td>
Accountability: Risk, Governance & Control
Provide analysis of monthly statistics for product tracking purpose
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Comply with all the Group’s policies and procedures
- Monitor Service Level Agreements with vendors and ensure effective delivery of services to both internal and external customers
Accountability: Financial Management
- Create revenue generating opportunities from digital platforms
- Ensure financial targets are achieved for Digital Business
- Responsible for cost management of products in line with budget
- Ensure appropriate product pricing with due consideration for local conditions
- Perform all other duties as reasonably assigned
JOB SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Education : Bachelor Degree
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience post education
- Knowledge of electronic products and channels
- Product development skills
- Project management skills
- Understand financial inclusion concept and strategies
- Knowledge of capital market products
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
