Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate between sales, Production, Account & dispatch.


• Take order from customers and sales representatives


• Post orders on the system using applicable software


• Process customers’ orders


• Follow-up with supply chain to ensure that the orders are promptly delivered


• Send daily, weekly and monthly reports to the management


• Carry out customers’ account reconciliation


• Make phone calls to relevant prospects and research prospects online.


• Check the sales inbox daily for prospects and liaise with sales team.


• Follow up with payment from customers and other necessary documentation.


• Engage in task required by the National Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• B.Sc / HND qualification in related Courses


• Must have minimum of 5 years experience working as a sales coordinator plus communication & analytical skill


• Knowledge of MS Office suite and accounting software is a MUST


• Good written and verbal communication.


• Good Manners and positive attitude.


• Age: 25 - 37 years.
