Our client is a leading travel services provider company in Nigeria, due to expansion they are currently in need of a VISA AND OVERSEAS SCHOOL ADMISSION PROCESSING OFFICER


Job Location:- Ikeja, Lagos


Job Responsibilities:



  • Manage the end-to-end process of visa application. Successfully fill & process Tourist, Business, Student, and Medical visa applications and insurance.

  • Handle Admission processing into Colleges/Universities Abroad. Advise potential students on education opportunities overseas, and explain about colleges/universities, courses, and their options.

  • Ensure clients submit all the required documents and information needed for processing their admissions and applications. Follow Up for additional documents required.

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key stakeholders within the Organization.

  • Proactively update/ advise registered clients on evolving Immigration laws and processes.

  • Ensure that all organization's policies are followed in both written and verbal relations with Clients.

  • Oversee coaching, mock interviews, and advisory services to clients in preparation for application appointments.

  • Ensure timely submission and collection of client visa applications.

  • Continually research and be abreast of different Countries’ Visa Application processes and requirements.

  • Assist Sales, Product Development, Research, and Social Media Units with information and professional advice when required.

  • Direct potential leads to the sales team and follow up on progress.

  • Continually Inform Clients about other services the Organization offers.


Job Requirements:



  • Prior and Good knowledge of Tourist, Business, Student, Medical Visa processing and Overseas schools Admission processing to Canada, USA, UK, South Africa, Dubai, Australia, New Zealand, Schengen & European countries.

  • Education/Certifications: BSc in Business Administration, International Relations, Social Sciences, or any related discipline with a minimum of Second class Lower (2:2).

  • Experience: 2 - 5 years of work experience in a related field.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of operating standard office equipment.

  • Excellent verbal communication, presentation, negotiation, command of English, and management skills.

  • Good writing skills for drafting Cover letters and emails

  • Excellent Research & Feedback skills.

  • Excellent use of initiative and proactive approach in delivering tasks.

  • Problem-solving attitude/A and customer-oriented attitude.

  • Ability to work well with a team/Effective coordination skills/Passion to Learn and Grow
