- We are looking for a hard-working, consultativeSales Executivewho is interested in growing and managing the acquisition of owners and hotels in the Nigerian market.
- The primary duties will be growing the number of properties and hotels under management as well as promoting outbound / inbound leads via local networking.
- This is a great opportunity for an analytical salesperson who is motivated by the prospect of help building a relatively young market through a combination of company supported lead generation efforts and their own business development efforts.
- The Sales Executive must be well organized and have a great work ethics.
Responsibilities
- Generating client leads to buy into our estates
- Make lists of potential clients and conduct surveys to identify customers actively seeking a hotels, vacation rental and short lets apartments
- Assisting in negotiations between marketers and their prospects
- Responding to marketer’s questions on contracts, negotiations, strategies, and goal planning
- Contact customers via calls, emails or arranged meetings to discover their needs and requirements
- Prepare and present sales proposal to potential clients, highlighting the best features and qualities of the properties we manage
- Assist clients in selecting the most appropriate service that best meet their specifications and needs
- Oversee the booking and reservation of space in a hotel, short lets to ensure availability and proper arrangement
- Maintain contact with clients to obtain feedback and to discuss opportunities for future business deals
- Must also have good working IT knowledge and social media
- Achieving your sales targets
- Meeting with clients and maintaining client relationships
- Tracking, collecting, and interpreting sales figures and reporting
- Staying informed on real estate industry.
Job Specification
You should bring the following qualifications, skills, and behaviours to the role:
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification
- Must have a minimum of two years of work experience as a sales representative or in similar roles
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening skills
- Knowledge and application of sales techniques such as building rapport, needs/values selling, negotiating, and closing of sales
- Having flexible prospecting skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently combined with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of real estate sales process, local, state, and federal regulations
- Good interpersonal and marketing skills, as well as good knowledge of the property market and the company’s estates and its product updates.
