An Event Planning company at Lekki needs an experienced Warehouse manager and warehouse supervisor for immediate employment.

Duties:

Unload and Load Deliveries

Purchase Inventory Items

Sort and Stock Warehouse Shelves: You are responsible for keeping the warehouse neat and well-organized by sorting inventory and stocking the warehouse with these items. Sweeping and light cleaning duties are also necessary to keep the warehouse neat.

• Prepare inventory list for each installation/event that takes into account all items that will be used from the warehouse


• Maintain inventory records so that inventory lists and/or databases reflect how much stock is in the warehouse at any given time.


• Ensure inventory do not get lost or stolen


• Prepare Inventory for Shipping and Distribution


• Keep Record of all items to leave the warehouse and the date they are to be returned. Alert adequate authorities if items are not returned as at when due.


• Ensure all inventory is in good condition and properly dry cleaned at all times.


• Oversee inventory repair or refurbishment


• Warehousing Manager Qualification: HND/BS.c


• Previous relevant warehousing experience - proficient knowledge of inventory controls - Proficient computer skills - Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal - Strong leadership, organizational, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills

Warehouse Manager Salary: N90, 000 - 120, 000 depending on experience Warehouse officer.

Warehouse Workers Salary: 60, 000.

Work in warehouses where they receive, unpack, arrange and store goods, and gather, pack, prepare and load goods for dispatching. Warehouse workers check stock for damage and wear, report faults and discrepancies to relevant parties, and mark and label stock.
