Key Responsibilities

• Allocate work to subcontractors and oversee their work at all stages of the construction


• Manage the use of building materials.


• Good knowledge of Construction and Supervision of multiple projects daily


• Identify, analyse and develop responses to potential risks and problems that may arise


• Ensure that the project is delivered within agreed timelines and schedule


• Interpretation of architectural, structural, as well as mechanical and electrical drawings


• Design building and drainage structures both manually and through the use of design softwares such as RC Orion, Prota, Staadpro and/or Autocad.

Qualifications

• BSc / HND in Building, Civil Engineering or any other related field


• 2 - 4 years hands on experience in Building or Construction Management


• Must be proficient in the use of leveling instrument


• Must be proficient in the use of MS Excel and MS project for simple project scheduling, data collection and reporting.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Good work ethics and serious willingness to learn


• Ability to work in a team


• Ability to work under pressure


• Effective time management skills


• Good attention to details.
