Key Responsibilities



  • Handling customers’ needs and rendering quality service in a timely manner.

  • Answering questions about the company's products and services.

  • Providing proactive customer outreach and delivering information about the company's offerings.

  • Handling customer complaints professionally and proffer solutions that address their needs.

  • Performing daily financial transactions such as verifying, calculating and posting accounts receivable data.

  • Reconciling payments to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transactions.

  • Ensure Customers get Timely Response to all Enquiries and solicit feedback on services rendered for better and continuous improvement.

  • Generate and Manage Reports


Primary Qualifications



  • 1-2 years’ experience in customer service role or related

  • OND/HND/BSc in Accounting or other business-related field

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment handling multiple priorities and constituents.

  • Great communication skills

  • Arithmetic

  • Smart and Proactive
