Key Responsibilities
- Handling customers’ needs and rendering quality service in a timely manner.
- Answering questions about the company's products and services.
- Providing proactive customer outreach and delivering information about the company's offerings.
- Handling customer complaints professionally and proffer solutions that address their needs.
- Performing daily financial transactions such as verifying, calculating and posting accounts receivable data.
- Reconciling payments to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transactions.
- Ensure Customers get Timely Response to all Enquiries and solicit feedback on services rendered for better and continuous improvement.
- Generate and Manage Reports
Primary Qualifications
- 1-2 years’ experience in customer service role or related
- OND/HND/BSc in Accounting or other business-related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment handling multiple priorities and constituents.
- Great communication skills
- Arithmetic
- Smart and Proactive
