The learning and development associate will be responsible for providing support to the lead on all aspects of the training business to achieve the set revenue target.
Main Responsibilities:
Participate in strategy sessions to formulate strategies and action plans.
Engage prospective clients on the company’s learning and development courses/programs.
Assist in sourcing, negotiating and managing communication with training stakeholders (vendors, facilitators etc).
Co-ordinate open courses and external training courses.
Engage in performance management objectives & key result setting and execution
Collate, interpret and maintain relevant data to determine training effectiveness; techniques, participants' feedback, etc.
Assist in the development of training content, calendar and programs.
Handle all administrative activities pertaining to the learning and development business.
Conduct post-training evaluation, preparation of training reports, and submission to relevant stakeholders
Prepare training facility, including maintenance and other related administrative responsibilities
Required Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, arts, or any related field.
2-4years experience post NYSC
Thorough understanding of contemporary learning & development operations and business procedures.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong desktop and in-person research, presentation, and reporting skills.
Energetic, determined, and highly capable disposition.
Excellent data management and analytical skills
Excellent Microsoft suite skills - Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Professional HR membership (will be an advantage)
