- Prepare meals according to employers' recipes or tastes, handling all meals for the family and possibly for other household staff.
- Stock, organize, and clean kitchens and cooking utensils.
- Ensuring that there is no waste of food
- Shop for or order food and kitchen supplies and equipment.
- Serve meals and snacks to employing families and their guests.
- Plan menus according to employers' needs and diet restrictions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent
- Proven work experience in the Hospitality industry as a Personal Chef, Chef,Cook, or a similar role
- Professional Culinary training or certification is desirable
- Complete knowledge of hygiene standards
- Understanding of nutritional requirements
- Knowledge of various cookingstyles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Remuneration
N80,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
