KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help process expatriate residence permit renewal with Nigerian Immigration Service
- Aid in the processing of immigration documents for the Company’s guests
- Liaise with Lagos State Land use charge officials for annual filing
- Liaise with NIMC officials for processing of NIN for employees
- Liaise with government agencies as the need may arise
- Responsible for receiving inbound correspondence and ensuring the appropriate people receive them
- Maintaining a record of all letters received
- Help ensure the Organization adheres to the requirements of ISO standards (9001, 14001 & 45001) in terms of updating documents as required by the standards.
- Aid in the maintenance of a filing system of all administrative documents
- Aid in exit management procedures and updating employee status on ERP
- Perform other functions as requested by the Head of HR & Admin
JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Candidate must be detail oriented, organized, time conscious and conversant with Microsoft office suite. Previous experience of operating an ERP software will be an added advantage
