Responsibilities
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our services inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Facilitate inter-departmental customer service.
- Handling appointments, queries, incoming calls & complaints from customers and company.
- Escalate customer issues to the appropriate support team.
- Provide general customer support.
- Work with the sales team by following up on appointments with customers.
- Impute and update customers’ records.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / OND qualification with 0 - 4 years work experience.
Salary
N40,000 - N80,000 / month.
