Responsibilities
- Typing letters, memos and reports
- Dealing with telephone enquiries from clients
- Preparing Agendas/ Schedules/ Appointment
- Deal with postal duties
- Receiving visitors
- Updating records
- Data entry
- Creating a filing system
- Filing and updating documents
- Converting paper date into electronic form
- Other ad hoc duties.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 1 - 2 years relevant work experience.
- The candidates must live around Amuwo Odofin, Lagos and its environs and must have knowledge in Social Media
- The candidates must be a Female and must be Computer literate.
Salary
N40,000 - N50,000 Monthly.
