The ideal candidate must be vast in customer service standard.

• Will oversee waiters and waitress performance


• Will oversee the general cleanliness of the restaurant,bar and other service areas.


• Must endure daily duty staff line up.


• Must support and identify developmental need of the personnel under him or her.


• Must be able to provide quality guidance and ensure compliance with standard operation procedure for the department.


• Ensures that all service wares are in place at all times as well as prompt preparation of all order
