Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Meet targets in terms of license revenue generated through partners
- Market development with partners
- Trainings and seminars on Zoho products
- Account Management: Partner reviews, compliance, pipeline, license revenue, agreement renewals
- Training, Support both tech and non tech to Partners or their customers
- Drive higher partner and customer satisfaction
- Resolve partner and partner customer issues either directly or by working with various support teams
- Analyze the situation, potential drivers to achieve desired goals and proactively work to achieve those
- Be entrepreneurial : Do not wait to be told of tasks, chart your own path to success
Minimum qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in Strategic partner/channel management or partner facing roles in Saas
- Proven track record of growing business and exceeding revenue targets.
- Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred qualifications:
- Prior experience in techno-functional roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, marketing, or relevant field of study
- Technical acumen to adapt a new technology quickly
