Job Descriptions

• Excellent planning, coordination & Execution of assigned projects


• Maintenance reports verification


• Material requisition for project execution


• Daily, weekly and monthly project update, reporting and filing for all projects


• Create and maintain comprehensive project report , documentation and plan to the client


• Project profitability tracking and reporting


• Daily plan monitoring/reviews


• Internal and External client management


• Worked in related customer service field.


• Ensuring project deadlines and standards are met


• Ensure timely completion of projects without deviating required quality/standard


• Liaise with client to identify and define requirements, scope and objections of projects execution


• Participate in field project execution inspection as approved by the Project Lead or Planning Supervisor


• Collection of necessary job completion document for accounting purposes

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in any discipline


• 1- 2 years working experience


• Good in technical matters


• A process/system driven person


• Eloquent Speaker with good writing skills.


• Proficient in Microsoft office usage.


• Must be a person of integrity, be assertive and a proactive self-starter


• Candidates must possess all other relevant qualifications
