1st degree in relevant discipline and at least 2-3 years working experience in oil and Gas industry.

Duties responsible for:

• Analysing best price


• Produce and analyze monthly procurement order volume reports to understand activity levels by the unit.


• Conduct periodic market surveys and product performance reviews


• Keep good track of supplier’s performance and maintain a database of good and reliable suppliers for different categories of suppliers and services and goods.


• Sourcing and procurement of technical and general oil and gas equipment, Locally and internationally.


• Track progress of Purchase Order and expedite actions as necessary.


• Produce and analyze monthly procurement order volume reports to understand activity levels by the unit.


• Developing and maintaining relationship with suppliers and ensure customer satisfaction


• Review, compare and analyze product and services to be purchased.


• Be updated with prices of items for budgeting


• Manage suppliers/vendors to ensure steady supply of items.


• Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery time and potential features development.
