Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- To direct visitors & also maintain employee & department directories on the computer.
- To refer inquiries to the appropriate quotas.
- Performs defined tasks per documented instructions/processes.
- Prepares equipment for operations by accessing software in computer.
- Makes appropriate changes to the documentation, as needed.
- verify documents based on predefined criteria
- To notify company personnel of visitor arrival.

Qualification:
- B.SC./HND or OND in any discipline with a minimum of 1 year of work experience.
- Applicant must be computer literate & proficient in the use of Microsoft office suite.
