JOB TYPE: Full time (Hybrid work model)
LOCATION: Lagos Island, Lagos
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategize, implement, and oversee processes for increased productivity and growth
- Ability to manage employee activities and use available manpower and technology to maximize opportunities of earnings while ensuring controlled costs and no impairments in credits.
- Establish and grow relationships with investors, attract funds and creating ready avenues to apply the funds profitably as risk assets.
- Create and Maintain plan for forecasting, targeting, and attaining budget.
- Supervise employee productivity and provide internal processes for improved efficiency while adhering to legal guidelines.
- Provide data analytics of performance to relevant management teams.
- Work with assistant managers to develop long-term strategic initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Finance institution
- Experience in developing business strategy and credit sales
- Strong ability with financial and budgetary processes
- Superior leadership skills, with focus on employee coaching and development
- Up-to-date knowledge of relevant industry trends
- Strong ability with database and information systems software
- Experience in data analysis
