As the Product Manager, you are responsible for product planning and product marketing. This includes managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering team, to deliver winning product.
Responsibilities
Ensures that the product and marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategy and goals
Conducts market intelligence to identify prospective customers, buyers, and determine key buying criteria by engaging presales activities
Define the product strategy and roadmap
Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
Run pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
Be an expert with respect to the competition
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
Perform product demos to customers
Work closely with the engineering team and developers to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
Act as a product evangelist to build product awareness and understanding
Understands and support the company’s sales channels through training and coaching on how to manage internal tools and external collateral.
Performs other duties that may be assigned by the Head Product
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a B.Eng, BSc, Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree with 5 - 7 years work experience.
