Responsibilities

• Responsible for all technicians on site.


• Manage, supervise and co-ordinate 10 -man team that specialise on Civil work and finishing work on Maintenance of high- rise buildings.


• Knowledgeable and experienced in all various fields including alocoboard, facade installation-aluminium glass/finishing of doors and window partition.


• Monitor Maintenance work and distribute tasks to subordinates accordingly.


• Contractor Management such as contractor sourcing pricing and tendering to completion.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 5 - 7 years work experience.
