The IT Support maintains the computer networks of all types of organisations, providing technical support and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly. IT Support monitors and maintains the company computer systems, installs, and configures hardware and software, and solves technical issues as they arise.
Responsibilities
Bank Application Support: Create user, assign roles and privileges. Request ATM card. Support Mobile App (Android & IOS Apple). Resolve mobile app login issues.
IT Requisition: Prepare requisition for Bank One user access, SMS transaction alert bill and virtual airtime top-up bill.
Webmaster Support: Update current website of the bank and create web portal to support users as need be.
Other Support: Manage asset inventory book, error logbook and visitors’ book(Vendor)
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification
Minimum of 2 years banking experience is ann advantage
Familiar with C+, SQL, Azure, HTML, Git
Familiar with Project management tools like Trello, JIRA, etc
Patience and a good listening ability
Problem-solving skills

Can take the initiative and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
Can adapt quickly to interacting with different personalities
