Job Description

• Follow up on daily maintenance tasks.


• Check field reports.


• Check teams’ attendance.


• Work on open tickets under his/her supervision.


• Analyze time required to finish a task by field teams.


• Escalate issues once problem is faced.


• Check tools and spares in vehicles/audit purpose.


• Insure PPE is always available with team members.


• Check vehicles safety.


• Update tickets reports.


• Create schedules as per input.


• Follow up on jobs and ensure readiness for invoices.


• Assign jobs to other branches when required.


• Follow up with branches to ensure jobs are done.


• Send PMRs to branches.


• Daily performance report analysis.


• Assign jobs to teams depending on job nature.


• Ensure failure resolution time is within company’s limitations.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering background or related field.


• 3 - 5 years work experience.


• Daily reports.


• Multitasking.


• Team leader.


• Ability to work under pressure.
