• Maintains the highest level of product knowledge and has complete knowledge of all spa services presently offered


• Drives service and retail awareness through designed promotions and events


• Maintains the massage, body/tub treatment areas daily including all counters, mirrors, product containers, laundry, linens, carts


• Promote the Spa throughout the resort by engaging with guests, handing out spa menus/promotional materials, performing services such as chair massage in the resort village


• Hygiene is key in this environment due to the proximity of working with the clients


• Demonstrates a winning personality with refinement and character


• Review the client’s schedule and answer all guests’ questions about services they will be receiving that day


• To know all contraindications for services and products offered by the massage and body care department and to refer conditions that are other than healthy to the appropriate professional


• Coordinate and deliver training in messages, all areas of sanitation, product knowledge and general department protocol


• Assist in product dispersal / conservation and upkeep of product dispensaries

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 2 - 5 years work experience.

Salary

N50,000 - N75,000 monthly.
