Job Description:
TradelandFX is currently seeking ambitious, proactive, self-motivated and target driven Sales Call Agents. We specialize in teaching beginner-advanced Candidates how to build a secondary or primary income via the financial market through our technology solutions. We have a fantastic and driven team, made up some of the best in the industry with a wealth of experience. We offer great basic and commission percentages plus bonus payments.

As a Sales Agent you will play a crucial role within the Forex Trading onboarding process. This is a tele sales role calling both inbound/outbound hot leads. All leads have opted in to hear about the company’s wide range of trading education programs.
Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Hunt for business opportunities through a high volume (200-300+ calls per day) of outbound activity in a metric driven sales process
- Being knowledgeable about products and services offered by the business and the market trends
- Provide excellent customer service in a friendly and courteous manner
- Solicit sales, provide information about products and services, or handle complaints
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products
- Negotiating and closing sales and establishing new customer accounts
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- A minimum of One (1) year experience in B2B Sales or Business Development experience
- Basic knowledge and/or background in Economics/Financial Analysis is an added advantage
- Self-starter with a sale ‘’hunter’’ mentality
- Highly coachable
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to use Sales CRM tools
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent Telephone Manner
- Strong Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
- Cool tempered and able to handle rejections
- High degree of professionalism, with a confident and assertive style
