Job Description and Responsibilities

• Monitoring and supervision of crops planting process and procedures, maintenance, harvesting, control and compliance.


• Performs proactive crop protection analysis and evaluation on a regular basis and make recommendations based on the result of the evaluation.


• Develops and maintain effective communications between corporate management other employees and any other individuals that affect the operations of the farm.


• Perform related duties as required.


• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Experience and Skills

• 1 - 2 years practical work experience in Agriculture and Farming.


• General Knowledge of crops production, harvesting and cultivation.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Residing in Port Harcourt, Rivers state.
