  • Handle all social media platforms (Will be given more details)

  • Book appointments

  • Responsible for taking care of the front desk

  • Attend to and address customers’ complaints and inquiries

  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.

  • Receive letters, packages etc and distribute them.

  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, and securing parcels.

  • Keep updated records and files.  Coordinate office activities

  • Be able to manage and update the company’s social media handles.

  • Schedule follow-up appointments.


Requirements



  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 0 - 3 years work experience.
