Job Description

• Manage all Company's shared Technology Infrastructure.


• Supervise the installation, configuration and maintenance of network services, equipment and devices.


• Administration of Servers.


• Supervise all system backup and restore protocol.


• Plan and support network and computing infrastructure.


• Perform troubleshooting analysis of servers, workstations and associated systems.


• Manage the documentation of network problems and resolution for future reference.


• Monitor system performance and implement performance tuning.


• Manage collaboration tool


• Manage security of Company's network


• Customizes networks to meet clients needs


• Manage company's ERP


• User Management


• Carry out regular Network Audit and Traffic analysis on the Telnet Network (LAN and WAN)


• Install, setup and manage the Telnet File Server/eDirectory (Novell) for all objects on the Telnet Network


• Install, configure and Manage Citrix application for use by the enterprise branch office users

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Eng qualification.


• 3 - 5 years work experience.

Skills and Competencies:

• Proficient knowledge of relational databases management system and tools such as Microsoft SQL server, MySql, iTILV4, CCNA, CCNP,, MCSA, MCSP, MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solution Expert), RSA Professional, RSA Associate, VMWare Certification, Window Servicer Certification.


• Creative, results-oriented and analytical with strong problem-solving capability.
