Job Description:

• Ensure Cement quality is met as per ISO & NIS Standards


• Ensure the product's quality exiting each process meets internal set quality norms


• Coordination and supervision of quality & process activities


• Laboratory management, both Physical and Chemical


• Manpower planning and development


• Planning & organizing the day-to-day operation of the Raw mill, Cement mill, and kilns


• Maximizing output from the above 3 key cement plant equipment


• Downtime analysis and preventive measures report


• Grinding media/ refractories management


• Achieving optimum fuel efficiency in kiln operations


• Ensure Implementation, compliance/adherence to ISO system, ERP systems, and other Company and Safety related policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:

• B.E Chem /Diploma / M.Sc / B.Sc.


• Minimum work experience of 15 years in the Cement Industries


• Experience in cement processes & production with a good knowledge of gravimetric & XRF (Qualitative) analysis (CCR operation experience will be an added advantage)


• Self-motivated with a lot of initiative to work even in adverse conditions


• Raw meal design setup


• Good English communication and Manpower handling ability
