Responsibilities

• Overall control and coordinate the personnel management and production activities of the production department;


• Release production plan and task, arrange and control production schedule;


• Track the production situation, product demand, production process, output value target, etc. to achieve the production target on time;


• Respond to the abnormal production in time, track the problems in time, and put forward reasonable suggestions;


• Participate in the action plan and implementation of improving production efficiency and product quality;


• Monitor and standardize the operation methods to ensure the safety and cleanness of the production site;


• Responsible for staff management, training and training


• Under the leadership of the Chinese MD ,Supervise and handle all the work assigned by the Chinese MD


• Master the relevant legal knowledge, familiar with the production process, proficient in production management knowledge;


• Strong ability of quality management, process optimization, overall organization, communication and coordination, good ability of analyzing and solving problems;
